Can I get a refund?

Within seven days of purchase, if the plugin has a defect that stops its documented features from working and we cannot fix it or offer a workaround, you get a full refund to the original payment method. Report the bug here first, so we can look for a fix or a workaround.

Refunds are not given because the plugin does not suit your use case or after the seven days, which is why every plugin has a live demo and public docs to try first. A refund revokes the license. The full terms are in section 5 of the license.
